XC in Final Regular Season Meet

Cross country had their final regular season meet this past Saturday, the Woodford County Invitational. The girls earned the third place team trophy, with Billie Phemister (3rd), Sophia Anderson (4th), and Caroline Warren (7th) earning individual medals. The boys won the first place team trophy in their race, with Kent Stamper (6th), Owen Donegan (9th), Dominik Dwyer (11th), and Rylan Jack (15th) winning individual medals. New personal bests were set at this meet by Max de Castro, Rhett Boelscher, Ryan Luu, Thomas Wilmes, and Zoe Kasacavage, and Liam Gaddis achieved a season best time. The team now turns their attention to regionals, which will be held on October 25th in Shelby County.
